For many purposes an oblique photograph (one taken at an angle) is the most useful. Oblique photographs provide a 3D view of the world and allow a site to be viewed within it’s true context. Estate agents like to use them to show properties within their environs while architects find them useful for recording both ongoing and completed projects.
